Channel high-pressure blocks of high power
The TMDH line includes models with a capacity from 20 to 61.5 kW with a static pressure of 200, 250 and 300 Pa. These channel high-pressure high-power units are used for air conditioning and uniform cooling (heating) of one or more objects of any layout with a total area of 200 to 600 sq.m. By their design, channel high-pressure high-power units practically do not differ from supply and exhaust installations with freon heat exchangers. In blocks of this type, the labyrinth sealing technology patented by TICA is used. Thanks to it, the volume of air leakage in the unit does not exceed 0.029%, which corresponds to the highest class L1 of the EN 1886 standard. The double-walled panels of the housing are filled with polyurethane foam with a density of 50 kg/cubic meter. At the request of the customer, they can be filled with mineral wool with a density of 90 kg/ cubic meter. To prevent twisting, channel high-pressure blocks of high power are equipped with internal stiffeners. They not only increase the strength of products, but also reduce vibrations during their operation. The internal metal elements of the housing are separated from the external ones by rubber and polyurethane gaskets and thermal inserts. They prevent the appearance of cold bridges, the formation of condensation on the outer surfaces of the housing and improve sound insulation. Channel high-pressure high-power units are equipped with centrifugal fans. They are driven by low-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors in an aluminum housing (energy efficiency class IE2), manufactured at the Siemens Standard Motors Ltd plant. The heat exchanger of each indoor unit is a copper coil with a diameter of 7 mm with aluminum fins. Models with a capacity of up to 50 kW inclusive are equipped with a three-row heat exchanger, from 55 kW and above — a four-row. At the request of the customer, channel high-pressure high-power units are equipped with a section of filters for fine air purification.
