Inverter modular chillers (heat pumps)
TICA produces fully inverter modular chillers (heat pumps) with a low-temperature set with a capacity of 33.5, 65 and 130 kW. These devices are characterized by high efficiency, especially at partial load, low power consumption, reliable and stable operation at outdoor temperatures: in cooling mode — from -20 to +55 ° C, in heating mode — from -26 to +55 °C. Ozone-safe freon R410A is used as a refrigerant. The units have a modular design and can be combined into blocks consisting of 2-16 modules of the same or different performance. Moreover, chillers with both inverter compressors and fixed frequency compressors can be grouped into one unit. As a result, the total capacity of the central air conditioning system can be increased to more than 2.0 MW. Inverter modular chillers (heat pumps) are equipped with: sealed spiral EVI-compressors from Mitsubishi Electric (Japan); inverters that convert alternating current into direct current, and then again into alternating current with the frequency required at one time or another to rotate the compressor electric drive; shell-and-tube evaporator with a water flow rate from 5.7 to 22.4 cubic meters/h (depending on the model); plate heat exchanger designed for supercooling the refrigerant; high-precision 500-step electronic expansion valves with single-pole motors; double U-shaped capacitors; one or two axial fans.
